C1981-02a Same as C1981-02, except without serial number on the edge.

These interesting medals refer to the Handford Nuclear Reservation as the "Energy Capitol of the World!" The pewter and silver were issued as edge-numbered sets of medals. The silver medals are also marked .999 FS on the edge. Many unnumbered pewter medals were also sold at the convention.
