Convention Dates/Times:

	Dealer set up and Early Bird entry: Friday, October 23rd, 3:00 - 6:00 PM.
	Public show hours: Saturday, October 24th, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Sunday, October 25th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Other convention information:

	Over 100 local, regional and national coin dealer tables. \| See the dealer list.
	Located adjacent to Lloyd Center Mall and just a few blocks from the Oregon Convention Center. See the driving directions.
	Admission $2.00 per day (free if you take MAX to the venue). Children under 12 are free.
	"Early Bird" admission available for a fee.
	Parking garage available at the DoubleTree. The show is in a room connected to the garage, immediately across the street from the main hotel entrance.
	There will be an expanded collector exhibit area on one side of the room near the entrance. Please bring your exhibits even if you didn’t contact Larry Rowe in advance (however, cases may be limited). Eric Holcomb (PNNA chief judge) will be available to consult, however there will be no competitive exhibit awards at the fall convention.
	Walt Ostromecki will again conduct the popular Young Numismatist (YN) treasure hunt.
	The hotel room block at the DoubleTree Lloyd Center may be sold out, but there are numerous other hotels within a reasonable distance.

Fall Convention Dates/Times/Info by Larry Gaye, General Chairman

Well here we are again, the 5th Annual Willamette-PNNA coin show is on track to open to the public, October 24-25, 2009. This has been a very successful show in the Northwest thanks to the hard work of Scott and Lisa Loos as well as the entire Willamette Coin Club.

As usual, the show will open to dealers on Friday the 23rd at 3:00 PM and will run until 6:00 PM. Early Birders will also be allowed to enter when the dealers enter and may pick up their Early Bird Pass on Friday, which will cover the entire weekend.

The Willamette Coin Club will be offering a free entry to all visitors who take MAX to the venue; the $2.00 entry fee will be waived and they will still receive two free tickets to the hourly drawing, such a deal.

Show hours for the public will be: Saturday, October 23rd from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We hope to see all PNNA/Willamette members there to welcome their fellow collectors.
