Award History
PNNA President Larry Gaye decided to introduce the PNNA Presidential Award in 2007 as a way to recognize active and involved numismatists other than those selected for the Everett or Nystrom awards. The award is patterned after the ANA Presidential Award at the national level. Individuals may be recognized for a range of contributions to the hobby in the Pacific Northwest.
Current Information
Winners are selected by the PNNA President, who need not make awards every year, but who typically makes awards at both the spring convention and the fall coin show(s).
If you wish to nominate someone to receive the PNNA presidential award, contact the PNNA president (as listed on the officers and directors page), or the awards committee, or email to info@pnna.org, and include a narrative describing and giving examples of the person’s role in serving the hobby in the Pacific Northwest.
